TRANSPORTATION
Compact structure elements allow to place up to 600 m2 of building in a 20-foot container and up to 1000 m2 of building in a 40-foot container. The construction with a set of parts and fasteners arrives at the site fully ready for assembly.
FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION
The low weight of the structure and the even distribution of the load make it possible to use lightweight foundations. It is necessary to observe the geometric dimensions according to the foundation design.
ARCH ASSEMBLY
The arches are assembled on the ground, by overlapping the upper panels with those below, using special bolts with a sealing polyethylene washer.
ARCH INSTALLATION AND FIXING
The lightness of the construction elements allows the hangar to be assembled without equipment. The arches are installed by several people using scaffolding and ropes.
GATE AND DOOR INSTALLATION
After the installation of arches and end walls, gates and doors are installed. Hangars are equipped with sliding and lift-section gates of different sizes.
